It is a ravine located east of the city of Huaraz in the Cordillera Blanca, within this charming valley is the Laguna Llaca, a peaceful and strategic place from where you get excellent views of the mountains such as Ocshapalca and Ranrapalca. Magnificent tour in nature surrounded by mountains, rivers and the singing of birds.
Huaraz – Quebrada Llaca – hiking Llaca lake – return to Huaraz
Distance from Huaraz: 25 km (carro), 5 a 6 km (hiking) approx.

After pick up at your hotel, we will go in our transport to the Llaca ravine (by the route of the town called Marian). After 1.5 hours of travel we start walking from the beginning of the Llaca valley, the path is parallel to the river that descends from the lagoon of the same name. The road gradually ascends until it reaches the end of the valley. In approximately 2 to 3 hours we will reach Laguna Llaca (4,470 m), with turquoise waters and located just below the Ocshapalca (5,888 m) and Ranrapalca (6,162 m) mountains; After spending some time and taking many photographs, we will return to the Llaca refuge where our vehicle awaits us to return to Huaraz.
