Hiking Mullaca and Carhuac

• This tour is suitable for those who want nature tourism and hikes in the Cordillera Blanca.
• To take this tour, you must be in Huaraz the day before and at least have adequate acclimatization.
• The clothing to bring is according to the season and the activity to be carried out. The months of sun or Andean summer are (mid-April to October), the days can be with intense sun and the temperature can reach up to 20°C but at night it drops abruptly to 5°C approx. It is recommended to bring light clothing or long sleeves for the day and warm clothes for the nights.
• During the rainy season (November to April), it is advisable to bring waterproof clothing and shoes that resist water and cold.
• If you plan to develop other activities around the city of Huaraz, such as camping, hiking, ice climbing, cycling, etc. It is recommended to wear the appropriate clothing and/or equipment.
• The program that we show here is for a single day, but if you wish to extend your stay, please request our Huaraz packages with hotel and tours included from up to 2 to 5 days.

IMPORTANT !:

• You must enter the Huascarán National Park obtaining the mandatory authorization (entrance ticket).
• Respect and follow the instructions of the park rangers and authorized guides.
• Do not be in danger, travel only on authorized and marked trails.
• Do not collect wild plants or animals.
  Stay overnight only in authorized shelters and camping areas.
• Avoid throwing any kind of garbage. Deposit them only in authorized places or take them outside the Huascarán National Park.
• Do not leave the limits of the marked trails, respect and do not damage the signs.
• Respect the customs of the local population, take photos of them only when you receive their approval.
• Do not enter with domestic or exotic animals, you can harm the fauna of the Huascarán National Park.
• Be well informed before traveling to the Huascarán National Park about what you can do and where you can go.
